I'm having problems registering my alien. I get an error message that says invalid ID number or your number is already registered.
Try re-entering the number again. If you get the same message please email: registration@testtubealiens.com with your ID number, and we will re-validate it for you.
Why is my alien blinking green, even when I'm doing everything the instructions say?
If the alien and the test tube is not rinsed well after the hatching process, sometimes residue remains on your alien's antenna. Our recommendation is to re-rinse your test tube and alien several times with water. Use the next packet of Sloog and fill the test tube (If you are out of Sloog you can use water instead). When you fill the tube this time, carefully pour the liquid in and keep the level below the top of the aliens head. Once your alien starts blinking either orange or red, you can then maintain your feeding pattern with the alien.
